Injection Molding

A manufacturing process where melted plastic is injected into a metal mold to form a specific shape. It's ideal for mass production of precise, repeatable plastic parts.

Blow Molding

Used to create hollow plastic parts (like bottles). It involves inflating a heated plastic tube inside a mold until it takes the shape of the cavity.

Overmolding

Technique where a layer of plastic is molded over another component

—often made of a different material—to improve grip, insulation, or durability.

Insert Molding

imilar to overmolding, but here pre-made components (like metal parts) are placed in the mold before plastic is injected around them, creating a strong bond between materials.

Precision Molding

Focuses on producing highly accurate, intricate plastic parts with tight tolerances, often for industries like medical, aerospace, or electronics.

Design & Moldmaking

he process of creating the mold itself, starting from the product's design. It involves CAD modeling, prototyping, and manufacturing of custom molds for injection processes.

Assembly

Post-molding process where multiple plastic or mixed-material parts are put together to form a complete product, often involving welding, fastening, or bonding techniques.
